HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET SWATCHES?

Due to high volume of sample requests we process sample orders weekly.  

HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING?

Shipping is calculated based on the qty of the order and the distance it is shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All wallpaper and fabric are printed to order and therefore can not be returned. We recommend ordering a swatch of any fabric or wallpaper before your full yardage order so you can see color and quality accurately and feel confident in your order..  

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact us immediately so we can help. We stand behind the quality of our product.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All products are designed, developed and manufactured in the USA. Our wallpaper is printed by a family run business in Connecticut who is a leader in the industry. Our fabric is also printed in the USA.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

We are selective with our partners and materials to ensure we are supporting environmentally friendly processes and sustainable materials.  We exclusively use water-based latex inks and eco-friendly grounds. Our products are printed as continuous yardage instead of pre-packed rolls.  This allows for flexibility but also reduces waste. Our packing material is all recyclable and biodegradable.

CAN YOU OFFER COMMERCIAL QUALITY?

Yes!  Our wallpaper and fabric printers are both set up to accommodate commercial grade quality.  Please contact us for more info on pricing and timing.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER SIZE FOR WALLPAPER?

Minimum order size is 5 yards for wallpaper. For orders under 15 yards, a $75 set up fee is included in the shipping cost.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR WALLPAPER?

Lead time for Wallpaper is 4-6 weeks for printing + shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR WALLPAPER QUALITY BEST SUITED FOR?

Our wallpaper quality is a standard white clay coated paper which is perfect for home interior use.    

UNTRIMMED VS TRIMMED EDGE?

Our wallpaper ships 30" wide untrimmed and trims to 27” wide when installed. The untrimmed edge, also known as the selvedge edge, adds a layer of protection while shipping. Typically, if the roll were to have any minor damage it would be to the selvedge edge and not the printed portion of the paper. The selvedge edge also gives the installer more control when matching seams, ultimately allowing for a superior installation. 

HOW DO I MEASURE AND KNOW HOW MUCH TO ORDER?

We highly recommend working with a professional installer to confirm the correct amount needed for your project.

Fabric quality is 100% Belgium linen in 10.6 oz weight.  This fabric is ideal for home decor, upholstery, drapery and other interior accents.

HOW IS THE FABRIC PRINTED?

Fabric is digitally printed on continuous yardage up to 20 yards.  

IS THE INSERT SOLD WITH THE PILLOW COVER?

We are only selling the pillow cover.  The insert is not included. We recommend filling the 20” x 20” pillow cover with an insert 22” x 22” for a lofty and full look.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PILLOWS?

We do!  Please email us qty, size and prints you’re interested in. Custom orders for pillows can take up to 4-6 weeks.

WHAT FABRIC QUALITY IS USED FOR THE PILLOWS?

The fabric quality of the pillow covers is the same as our printed fabric sold by the yard. Fabric is a durable 100% Belgium linen in 10.6 oz weight. This fabric is ideal for home decor, upholstery, drapery and other interior accents.
